Required Training for Licensed Internal Campus Suppliers
This course provides instruction, resources and examples for the licensed Internal Campus Suppliers who produce and/or provide branded items to the university.
Trademark Use on University Promotional Items
The material covered, along with the applicable policies, rules, regulations, guidelines and best practices referenced, apply to all licensed vendors of officially-licensed NC State products and services. As part of the RFP process, this training is required to be completed by all licensed Internal Campus Suppliers.
Licensed vendors will be added to the Reporter system by the Office of Strategic Brand Management for this on-demand training once they are registered with CLC. The training should take roughly one hour to complete.
After completing the training, licensed vendors will be aware of and able to adhere to the NC State Brand guidelines as well as trademark licensing rules and regulations.
Buyers will be able to place NC State branded promotional orders through licensed vendors only.
Licensed vendors will submit all NC State branded products they design through the Brand Manager 360 portal before production and sale.
