Consumables Request Form

Cakes, cookies and cupcakes made by commercial bakeries for individuals require prior permission from the University for each baked good. As these are one-time, one-use and customized with the individual’s name, we do not charge a royalty on these. We do not allow commercial bakeries to advertise to or produce items for the general public without a license agreement.
